Join us on Friday 8/4/17 for a fun night of food, drinks, and great music at Nutley's Old Canal Inn. The students who participate in our summer Rock Intensive program will showcase their talents and all the hard work they have put into their bands! In addition to our student bands, Chuck Salamone (Guitar/Bass Guitar Instructor & Co-owner of His & Hers Music) and his band "Amigos, Amigos!" will play a set, including songs from their new EP "Music Box."
Please join us for an intimate recital featuring the students of Ms. Diane Aragona's voice studio. Students will present both solo and ensemble pieces highlighting the work they have done over the past year. There will be a short reception immediately following the performance.
We are excited to announce that His & Hers music has joined the Mid Atlantic Music Teachers Guild (MAMTG) for 2017, making our students eligible to participate in the organization's spring festival. We have 3 very talented students participating in this year's competition and we cannot wait to watch them showcase their hard work!
The festival takes place 3/31-4/2 (Fri-Sun) in Whippany, NJ.
Please join us for our first annual winter concert, featuring all instruments. our focus for this year's winter concert is "collaboration." We have encouraged students to work together as a team to create some fantastic musical moments.
the concert will take place on sunday 2/26/17 at 3pm at the nutley museum. there will be a short reception to follow.
Voice Instructor Diane Aragona will be performing as a soloist in "A Little of This & A Little of That," a concert of both sacred & secular works at The Church of the Sacred Heart. Ms. Aragona will be singing the role of Lakmé in the popular Flower Duet from the opera Lakmé by Delibes, alongside soprano Noël Zucchero as Malika. She will also be featured in a number of choral pieces, and was instrumental in coaching a group of students in their performance of "She's In Love" from The Little Mermaid.
